Excellent laptop. Runs much quieter and cooler then my Helios. Very fast. Works well for what I use it for mainly World of Warcraft but handles other games quite well. Very pleased with this purchase.

Very nice computer. I can play all the new games.The only thing that didn’t like it is the sound of the fans. It has two fans and when you set the computer to high performance, the computer almost lifts from the desk with the extreme high sound of the fans.

This computer is amazing. Definitely worth it. This is the first real gaming laptop I’ve had and it makes a huge difference. Zero lag on my sims and I have almost all the add ons. I played the sims for like 3 hours straight and it barely got warm. Highly recommend!

The computer is nice and does everything I need it to do, but the battery life is quite poor. I can not be unplugged for more than 20 min which defeats the real purpose of the laptop itself.

Absolutely a great laptop for the price, and it’s a gaming machine which tend to be sturdy enough to use for a long time. My last Acer laptop is STILL running and working to this day, purchased in 2020. So it was not a hard decision to buy this one, especially for such a good price.

My last Acer which I got in 2016 was still holding up for the most part but Win 10 support was ending, keyboard started to not work on certain letters and the processor/graphic card couldn’t run anything smoothly anymore so upgrading to the Acer Nitro V was a no brainer for the price (799). I like Acer. They make some great laptops. Recommend this model if you’re a casual gamer and you want a good graphics card for video editing also. What surprised me the most on the Nitro V was the screen brightness which is quite good and the audio can get loud too with headphones which is a plus for music lovers. The fan does get very loud but it can be controlled through the Nitro app, changing to balanced or quiet for browsing and performance for games.

performs well in all games the only issue that i have with it is the amount of bloatware that comes preinstalled i.e. mcafee (ruins performance) and a ton of extra stuff in my opinion this is a great laptop for gaming if you know how to fully remove the bloatware
