Actualmente tengo 3 semanas con la computadora.El envio: 🛩La laptop me tardo en llegar exactamente en 6 días. Durante el proceso me asuste un poco ya que cuando llego a la paqueteria de mi ciudad, me decían que el paquete había llegado dañado, yo me preocupe y mande un mensaje a la paqueteria, y me dijeron que el paquete había sufrido daños y que posiblemente no me lo iban a poder entregar, pero al rato me apareció que ya podía ir por el paquete, y yo fui muy preocupado, pero cuando llegue el paquete estaba en perfecto estado, pregunte y me dijeron que fue un error del sistema, y por suerte la laptop también llegó bien.La laptop: 💻(Primero que nada, te recomiendo que salgas del modo S, ya que te permitirá descargar aplicaciones, como el Chrome.) Que puedo decir de la latop, simplemente me sorprendió. Recién prendes la laptop y no dura ni 4 segundos en prender al inicio. Entras y abres una aplicación y la abre al instante, es demasiada rápida, yo la utilizo para mi escuela y es perfecta, no puedo pedir más, parece que e comprado una computadora demasiada cara, es perfecta para su precio.El teclado: ⌨También que puedo decir, excelente teclado, y un plus que tenga iluminación, puedo estar haciendo mis tareas y sin ningún problema, lo único que no me gustó mucho es el touchpad, pero no se preocupen eso es cosa mía, no estoy acostumbrado a usar touchpad, así que por eso no se preocupen.La huella: ☝Wow esto si que me sorprendió, yo nunca vi necesario usar huella en la computadora, pero cuando agregue mi huella, no lo pude creer, ya no tardas en poner la contraseña, entras luego luego, la verdad es muy útil, y también la puedes usar para abrir cuentas de correo etc.El diseño: 💻💫El diseño es otro de sus puntos positivos, la computadora es más grande de lo que pensaba, es perfecta para mi, tiene un diseño muy bonito, es muy delgada, la parte del teclado parece tipo de una mackbook.La pantalla: 💻Yo e visto computadoras mucho más caras y con una pantalla espantosa, esta laptop tiene una super pantalla, no lo puedo creer, se ve muy muy bien, otro punto positivo.CONCLUSION:Si estas buscando un computadora de buena calidad, un precio accesible, y para tareas básicas, no lo dudes, está es la mejor opción, dure mucho tiempo buscando laptop y e tomado la mejor decisión, sin duda no te arrepentirás.

I bought this entry level laptop for my son to be able to play some basic games. This is the amd version with vega graphic, stock 4 gb ram no upgrades.First off, this laptop is really well built, the design and the look gives it a big boost. Beautifully made, definitely not something you would expect for a 400 dollar laptop.Spec wise, this model suits any general user perfectly, performance, noise, storage are all pretty basic but good for office computing. Documents, youtube, all with breeze.Video gaming, my son play minecraft and roblox on it, both allowed in windows 10 S mode. Depending on the roblox server and games, it does lag from graphic here and there, for minecraft, no problem.Battery is built in non-removable, so you will have to play plugged in with battery. I can’t say for long term effect of battery life, you could open it up to take it out, but not sure if that will void warranty, and for the same reason, I did not upgrade the ram (shared between cpu and gpu, possibly enhance game performance).Couple tips and tricks for video gaming, lower your graphic settings, by means of in game, or your desktop native resolution. I know it’s default at 1080p, drop it down to 720p will reduce gpu stress and lower heat as well at the same time enhance performance. If it is being used for kids, they can’t tell the difference.All in all, I give it a 90/100 for the price that it comes in at.

La laptop viene con todas las especificaciones descritas. Superó todas mis expectativas. Es muy rápida y la batería le dura bastante. Además puedes expandir el hardware interno. Tiene una ranura adicional para ponerle hasta 16GB de RAM SODIMM DDR4. El SSD efectivamente es NVMe y la conexión es por PCIe 3.0.Y también puedes agregarle un disco duro ya que cuenta con el kit para atornillarlo y conectarlo por SATA a la placa madre.Muy satisfecho con el producto. Lo recomiendo ABSOLUTAMENTE.

I was debating on which laptop to get after my 11 year old Acer Travelmate finally stopped working. I loved that laptop, so I decided to stay with Acer products. The Ryzen CPU was what caught my attention. This laptop is fast, responsive and will take anything you throw at it. The backlit keys are a nice feature. If you’re on the fence about buying this laptop, just get it, you will not be disappointed.

Tiene un rendimiento muy muy bueno, no se ha trabado para absolutamente nada, ahora quien se ha quedado lento es mi internet jaja, su calidad en todo sentido es excelente, lo que no me agrada del todo es su cargador, pero, sin duda es lo mejor para el precio, sobretodo aquí en México que para ese precio te ofrecen laptops con calidad horrible, de verdad que la volvería a encargar de nuevo, no se calienta, estéticamente es preciosa, su procesador es de lo mejores, la memoria sí que no es grande pero a la vez siento que está bien para que el procesador pueda rendir de la mejor manera, igual ya existen los discos duros, así que no hay pierde, si quieren algo de excelente calidad, estéticamente precioso y con un precio bajo, es la mejor opción ya que cuenta con prácticamente todo lo necesario casi para hacer cualquier cosa, no tuve tampoco ningún problema con el envío ni nada, la trajeron de Estados Unidos a México y todo muy bien (dato: la cámara también está preciosa cuando hay buena iluminación y el audio es muy bueno, no muy alto pero sí mucho mejor que el de mi laptop pasada sin duda).
