Additional Checklist For Special Desks

1. Desk with underframe:

Ensure the contact surface width between the clip plate and metal rim is greater than or equal to 50mm(1.97″). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.

2. Desk with side panel:

Ensure the distance between the desktop edge and the side panel is greater than or equal to 60mm(2.37″). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.

3. Desk with back panel: Ensure the depth between the desktop and back panel is greater than or equal to 100mm( 3.94″). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.

Important Note: The gas spring is pre-set to medium tension（Not applicable to all displays）. You will need to refer to the figure above and adjust the tension according to the weight of your monitor once the monitor is hung on.

  • After securing the stand to desk, please attach the monitor first, then hold the sides of monitor with both hands, and rotate vigorously.lf that doesn’t work out, please do not hesitate to ask for our help.

  • Please confirm your monitor’s size is within 32″, the VESA pattern is 75x75rmm or 100x100mm, and weight is 4.4-17.6lbs. Your desk thickness is 0.39″-4.53″(clamp mount): or thickness of 0.39″-3. 15″and hole diameter of 0.39″-2.36″(grommet mount).

  • If your VESA pattern is 200x100mmm or 200x200mm,please go to purchase a VESA extender adapter, the model number is MU9010. If your VESA exceeds the above range or has no VESA holes, you will need to purchase a suitable VESA adapter.

  • lf your desktop thickness is more than 4.53″, just freely to relate with us for a suitable longer clamp.

    Functionality
